Quality and sustainability management policy

The Management from TRADHOL INTERNACIONAL S.A Sociedad Unipersonal; whose main activity is Sales and Purchase of ethanol loaded in bulk, isotanks, trucks and/or containers; as well as the subsequent execution of the marine, inland and/or multimodal logistics associated to each delivery term, is aware of the commitments with its customers, and therefore has established within the organization a Quality and Sustainability System based on the UNE standard-EN ISO 9001: 2015 and the requirements of ISCC-EU, whose main guidelines are the following:

  • Regulatory compliance and sustainability: Ensure that the Sales and Purchase of ethanol loaded in bulk, isotanks, trucks and/or containers; as well as the subsequent execution of the marine, inland and/or multimodal logistics associated to each delivery term, offered to its customers is safe, legal and sustainable and in compliance with the conditions agreed in the supply contracts, as well as with the usual terms and national and international regulations , applicable within the industry and the sustainability criteria required by ISCC-EU. Guarantee that origin of the raw materials are from verified and traceable sources, avoiding the risk of deforestation, labor exploitation or non-compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Responsible competitiveness: Deliver to its client’s raw materials at competitive prices, ensuring that customers and distributors can operate in their local markets, but always under the principle of social and environmental responsibility, promoting ethical and sustainable business practices.
  • Product quality and traceability: The product supplied must strictly comply with the conditions within the sales contract, among which the main ones are; the quantity, quality and loading period; ensuring also a complete traceability of the product from its origin to its final delivery, in accordance with ISCC-EU requirements.
  • Documentation and Transparency: Provide the appropriate and specific documentation required by each importing country, including ISCC-EU certification, to ensure smooth customs clearance and facilitate tariff benefits where applicable. Maintain clear and verifiable records that support product sustainability.
  • Continuous Improvement and social responsibility: Establish a feedback process of continuous improvement in customer service, minimizing failures and costs, and promoting the reduction of environmental impacts (emissions, waste, energy consumption). Promote staff training and awareness in sustainable practices and compliance with ISCC-EU principles.
  • Safety and environmental protection: Prioritize safety in loading, transit and unloading operations of the means of transport used, placing it above any other decision. Adopt measures to minimize environmental risks during transport and storage, guaranteeing the protection of people and the environment.
